Alright so it's not really a blanket snow geese so much as a tattered fray of the massive flock that had just taken off in a blizzard of beating wings. Which of course I didn't manage to capture because I was working. But how cool is it when you can stop to watch a flock of snow geese take off in the middle of the suburbs?
I am not sure how or when, but posting on this blog has become my most accurate platform for creative expression. It's so inspiring to browse through other blogs and every comment is very appreciated!
@Doug: I thought it was really cool, but yeah apparently they are becoming quite the nuisance!
@keyouest: peute-etre :-))
@Basile Pesso: Hehe... interesting observation, but true nonetheless
@tataray: Yes, but who do you cheer for?
@omid: Thanks a lot!
@Devi: I hope so... but I will have to wait until fall!
@CElliottUK: Believe it or not snow geese come with their fair share of poo too
@Steve Rice: They did look like giant snowflakes when they were in flight... it was pretty cool!
@Adela Fonts: Thanks a lot!
@Rick: Thank you for empowering me, Rick :-D
@Sue-Ann: Ha! Merci :-)
@Ruthiebear: Yeah there are like 5 white teams!
@rem_la: merci :-)
@Patrick M.: Everybody seems to agree with you... but I can't see snow geese being very good at soccer
@Abena: Thanks! I was wondering if I should have tried to crop out the sidewalk... but oh well, it's there now for all time.
